Summary: Performance by Assignee page is not being correctly filtered when pagination is present

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create 15 users with administration Role
2. Associate Single Approver with Blogs Entry
3. Create 15 Blogs Entries and assign one to each user
4. Approve all tasks
5. Go to Workflow > Metrics > Single Approver > Performance > Performance by Assignee
6. Select pagination of 5
7. Go to page 2 and filter for Update task

Actual Result: the filter is returning all instances.

Expected result: no instance should be returned.
