Option Group for web content templates in "Content" fragment are not in alphabetical order

      Description

      Steps To Reproduce:

      1. Create a basic web content
      2. Add three templates with names "charlie,alpha, and bravo" that uses the basic web content structure and customize them
      3. Add a content page
      4. Drag and drop the "Content" fragment onto the content page and select your newly created web content
      5. Go to "Template" field and assert there is a label with "Basic Web Content" and the templates are listed underneath

      Expected Result:
      The templates are listed in alphabetical order

      Actual Result:
      The templates are listed in order by when they were created
