• When a user uploads a web content, then it is set in pending and it goes through the process until it is approved and then it is available to use in a site

Test steps:

1. Add depot named Test Depot Name
2. Go to Web Content in this depot
3. Add a new folder
4. Edit this folder
5. Set Single Approver to Default Workflow for This Folder
6. Add a basic Web Content in this folder
7. Assert the status is pending
8. Add a new site and connect to this depot
9. Assert this web content article is NOT available to use in its connected site
10. Review it and approve it
11. Assert the status is approved
12. Add a new site and connect to this depot
13. Assert this web content article is available to use in its connected site
