Unable to update user's address through the Profile portlet

      Description

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Account Settings > Contact
      2. In "Addresses" tab, add an address
      3. Navigate to My Profile page
      4. Click on address to edit

      Expected Results
      The address added in Step 2 displays and can be edited.

      Actual Results
      Only a Save button is displayed.
