      Description

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Account Settings - Contact - Contact Information
      2. Fill out the Jabber, Skype, SMS, Facebook, and Twitter fields and save
      3. Go to General and save
      4. Go back to Contact - Contact Information

      Expected Results
      The values saved in Step 2 would remain

      Actual Results
      The values are erased
