Description of Issue:
When using Alloy Editor to add an image "Link" or "Alt" option in IE11, the text is white and cannot be seen on the white background of the text box.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Start Liferay using IE11 browser; log in as Admin User
2) Add a new Basic Web Content
3) Insert an image using the Alloy Editor image icon
4) Click on the image and select the option for "Alt" (or "Link)
5) Type anything in the popup text box
Expected Results:
One can see what is being typed into the text box
Actual Results:
The font is white color on a white background, and so the text cannot be seen, even though it's there
Notes:
This issue is only applicable to the IE11 browser; the text can be seen in both Chrome and Firefox
