Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a fragment project yo liferay-fragments (I chose in C:\Users\liferay)
2. Add a new fragment collection npm run add-collection
3. Add a new fragment npm run add-fragment
4. Copy attached json file into new fragment's directory
5. Archive the new collection npm run compress in directory with package.json
6. Note a zip file is generated in build directory
7. Check the files in zip.

Expected Results
The attached json file should be included in zip.

Actual Results
The attached json file doesn't be included in zip.
