Semantic Error in Document Title Field Still Persists

    Description

      The document "title" field is actually a filename field. We currently have no such document title field provided.

       I will make payment in coffee beans to have this bug fixed.

       

      Expected
      Rename "Title" to "Filename" and provide a new field called "Title"

      Actual
      No such title field currently exists
