Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a structure
2. Add 2 templates to the structure
3. Add a web content basing on the structure
4. Add a web content display to page
5. Select the created web content
6. Choose Use a specific template.
7. Select a template
8. Assert info " Changing the template will not affect the original Web Content default template. The change only applies to this web content display." displays
9. Select the template again

Actual result:
Duplicate info " Changing the template will not affect the original Web Content default template. The change only applies to this web content display." displays.

Expected result:
Only one info message diplays.
