As a Site Administrator, I want to configure the default sort for Documents and Media

1. Go to the product menu and Control Panel
2. Expand Configuration and select Instance Settings
3. Select Documents and Media
4. Under the Site Scope section there would be an Administration section

Default sort type of Size, Downloads, Modified Data, Create Date, Title can be configured
Default sort order of ascending or descending can be configured

Alternate Design: adding configuration to the System Setting scope to allow Portal Administrator to define the sort type.
