Category Navigation Fails when Using Asset Publisher with Content Sets

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new category vocabulary containing categories A, B, and C.
2. Create 3 web-content articles applying categories A, B, and C to each.
3. Create a content set that displays all web-content articles. 
4. Create a new page and add the asset publisher and the category navigation widgets to the page. 
5. Configure the asset publisher to display the content set created in step 3.
6. Configure the category navigation widget to display the categories created in step 1.
7. Publish the page and click on categories to filter content.

Expected Result:

Content is filtered based on selected category.

Actual Result:

Content is not filtered when categories are changed.
