Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to http://localhost:8080/api/jsonws.
2. Search the page for the string "Proxy"

 Expected Result: There is no panel with a title containing the string

 Actual Result: There is a panel

Note: Clicking on any of the operations shown in this panel results in logged exceptions like
