Description:
Social bookmarks preferences are not preserved with upgrade. The behavior varies depending on version.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Start a Portal 6.2 SP20 bundle connected to clean MySQL 5.7 database; login as an Admin user
2) Add Asset Publisher portlet to a page
3) Go into the portlet's Configuration and uncheck the "Enable Social Bookmarks" box
4) Add a new Web Content Article to the Asset Publisher
5) Verify that the article does not have social media icons at bottom of asset
6) Backup the database
7) Stop 6.2 server
8) Upgrade to a clean DXP 7.1 SP2 bundle
9) Login as Admin and connect to the upgraded database
10) Control Panel > Configuration > Search > Reindex all search indexes
11) View the contents of the Asset Publisher portlet on the page
12) Click on the web content article
Expected Results:
The web content article does not have any social media icons associated with it
Actual Results:
The web content article had icons for Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google+
**Note:
Upon upgrade from 6.2 SP20 to 7.2 FP3, the bookmarks will not be visible. This behavior persists even if the bookmarks are Enabled in 6.2.
