Steps to reproduce:

1. Add the Media Gallery widget to the site page
2. Add an svg image
3. View the Media Gallery widget

Expected result:
MG should display the image for viewing.

Actual result:
MG does not recognize the file as an image so it does not display it.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 9.0.17 + MySQL 5.7.
