Steps to Reproduce

1. Using Test/Test user [e-mail];
2. Create an custom object
3. Create 2 Forms View (make sure to not reuse the field from the first form view to the second form view)
4. Create 1 Table View and add any of the fields from the forms view
5. Deploy an App using one of the Forms View and the Table View created
6. Try to add an entry on this App

Expected Result

Save button should work and entry should be added

Save button does not work
