Steps:
1º Add portlet to a widget page
2º Change view between mobile, tablet and desktop
Under 768px, the portlet topper is partially displayed (the blue border is displayed).
Portlet topper or any of its parts should be displayed only when the eye icon is present on the screen (sm breakpoint > 576px).
