On being able to define rules for form element sets

While it is possible to define rules for a form('s elements), it's not possible to do the same for element sets, so that they can be reused together with their intrinsic rules/relations between their atomic elements. Currently, the users can only place element sets onto forms, but they need to redefine the rules every time they do that.

Please consider implementing the feature of defining rules between the fields of an element set.
