Current issue: Reassign Task button is not disappearing after it is clicked

Steps to reproduce:

1. Associate Single Approver with Blogs entry
2. Create a blog entry
3. Go to Single Approver Metrics > All Items
4. Select the blog entry and click on the kebab menu on the top right
5. Click on Reassign Task

Actual result: the button is not disappearing after it is clicked

Expected result: the button should disappear
