document and media portlet - document shortcut - can't select document

Dear Team,

Please help me with the following issue.

Environment info: Liferay DXP 7.1 fixpack 15 hotfix 2954

Steps to reproduce:
1. add documents and media portlet on the page
2. click on plus in the portlet header
3. select "shortcut" option
4. select site
5. select document

Expected behaviour: document for shortcut can be selected
Actual behaviour: clicking select next to the document field does not open the document selection dialog
