[BUG] Dropdown from New Assignee field is not closing when the focus is lost

Current issue: New assignee field not working correctly

Steps to reproduce:

1. Associate Single Approver with blogs entries
2. Create 5 blogs entries
3. Go to Single Approver Metrics > All Items
4. Select all tasks to be reassigned
5. Type the name of an eligible user in the first entry
6. Click on the next possible assignee field

Actual result: the first dropdown selected is not being closed

Expected result: the first dropdown selected should be closed after the focus was lost
