Failure to build patch when -includeresource refers to a patched module

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add .hotfix-1-7300 to the end of the version number of modules/apps/users-admin/users-admin-web/bnd.bnd, which is what patcher will do if there are any changes to users-admin-web
2. Attempt to run ../gradlew :apps:portal-settings:portal-settings-web:jar from the modules folder.

Expected behavior is that you get a successful build. Actual behavior is you see the following error message:

error  : Can not find JAR file 'com.liferay.users.admin.web-[0-9.]*.jar'
