Description

A blank panel is shown when opening the app deployed as Standalone.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Control Panel > App Builder > Custom Objects > Add a Custom Object;
2. Add a Form View;
3. Add a Table View;
4. Deploy an app as Standalone using the Form View and Table View;
5. Open the deployed app.

Expected Result

No blank panel is shown when opening the app deployed as Standalone.

A blank panel is shown when opening the app deployed as Standalone.
