The "unexpected error" state is not displayed when an unexpected error occurs on Performance Page

Current issue: When the network is disconnected, the Dashboard page displays the unexpected error state, but the Performance page doesn't.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Control Panel > Workflow > Metrics
2. Select one process
3. Disconnect the network
4. Go to Performance Page

You can come back to the Dashboard page to verify that the unexpected error state is being displayed properly there.

Actual result: The cards don't stop loading.

Expected result: The cards should display the unexpected error state.
