      7. Assert the message This application is not visible to users yet. is shown in WCD and Search
      8. Switch the eye icon button to close
      9. Assert the WCD and Search portlet are invisible
      10. Switch the eye icon button to open
      11. Assert the WCD and Search portlet are visible
