Values from "Use the same assignees for all tasks" is not displayed alphabetically ordered

Current issue: Values from "Use the same assignees for all tasks" is not displayed alphabetically ordered

Steps to reproduce:

1. Associate Single Approver with blogs entries
2. Create 5 blogs entries
3. Create 5 new users
4. Go to Single Approver Metrics > All Items
5. Select all tasks to be reassigned
6. Go to Select New Assignees steps, click on "Use the same assignee for all tasks." and click on the dropdown field

Actual result: The values from "Use the same assignees for all tasks" is not displayed alphabetically ordered

Expected result: The values should be alphabetically ordered, the same way as the individual assignee field.
