Feature Request: Adding a configuration to alter how Upload Form Field file entries are stored in the Document Library

When using the "Upload" field, present for forms out-of-the-box, any uploaded files submitted in form entries are by default added to a single document library directory (one level down from root). In 7.1 and below, these files are also visible in the administrator-facing root Documents and Media directory in the UI after being uploaded.

The document library directory (either the filesystem, or the UI) can quickly become cluttered with these entries (see attached screenshot, ManyFormDocuments-7.1.png) – especially if multiple forms or forms with many entries are in use. This makes it difficult for admins to browse the document library directory and discern which files came from which form entries.

At present, there is no way to specify how these files are stored outside of a customization. However, I believe it would be beneficial to adjust core code to include the following:

      1. Giving an administrator the ability to configure where files are located after being added to the document repository using an Upload form field (at least within the document_library, but also in the UI would be helpful for 7.1 and below).
      2. Further, allowing entries to be stored in folders on a per-form basis. This way, an administrator could easily identify and/or copy files uploaded via a specific form's entries, which would make handling uploaded file entries more manageable.
