Steps to reproduce:

1. Add an Asset Publisher portlet and a Blogs portlet to the default page
2. Configure Asset Publisher portlet > Set Show Full Content (Display Settings > Asset Link Behavior)
3. Add a blog entry via Blog portlet
4. Assert the blog entry is displayed in AP
5. Logout
6. View the blog entry on the default page

Expected Result:
Both the blog entry and AP portlet should be displayed.

Actual Result:
Both the blog entry and AP portlet are not displayed.
