Description

Pre-conditions

1. Go to Control Panel > App Builder > Custom Objects > Add a Custom Object;
2. Add a Form View;
3. Add a Table View;
4. Deploy an app using the Form View and Table View.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Deployed App > Add an entry;
2. See how the kebab menu of the entry is displayed.

Expected Result

The app should show the kebab menu beside each entry.

Actual Result

The app is not showing the kebab menu beside each entry.
