Warnings, infos and errors can't be closed by the user

Current issue: Every time a warning/info/error is displayed, it can't be closed by the user.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Control Panel > Workflow > Process Builder
2. Try to Unpublish a process that is still in use

Actual result: An alert with this message appears: "Error: Workflow in use. Remove its assignment to these assets: Blogs Entry and Blogs Entry. Configure assignments", but it can't be closed.

Expected result: The user should be able to close the alert.
