Creating multiple articles with the same title fails when title contains special characters like "!", "?" and "-"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start Liferay, login and navigate to web contents
2. Create a (basic) web content article with the title "Lorem!"
3. Create a (basic) web content article with the title "Lorem!"
4. Create a (basic) web content article with the title "Lorem!"

Expected behaviour: The operation to succeed

Actual behaviour: The operation fails with:

Error: Your request failed to complete.
