Steps to reproduce:

1. Start portal
2. Reindex all search indices
3. Open http://localhost:9200/_tasks in a new tab

Expected Result: indices:data/write/bulk tasks are being run

Actual Result: No indices:data/write/bulk task received by Elasticsearch
