Steps to reproduce

1. Add a new user User1
2. Add a user group, User Group1
3. Go to User Groups to add User1 as its assignee
4. Re-navigating into User Group1, assert the User1 listed
5. Search User1 in the search bar

Expect Result
User1 returns in the list.

Actual Result
User1 not returns.
