Steps to Reproduce:

1. On 7.0.x portal:
   1.1 Go to Content -> Form -> Add a new form 
   1.2 Add Text Field called "Country"
   1.3 Add Text Field
   1.4 Show More Options -> Field Visibility Expression
   1.5 Fill with "equals(Country, "US")" and save
   1.6 Save form

2. Upgrade the 7.0.x database to 7.2.x/Master;
3. Launch the 7.2.x/Master portal;

Expected Result:
The Visibility Expression should become a rule on 7.2.x/master portal

Actual Result:
Text field does not have the Visibility Expression
