1. Using Test/Test user [e-mail];

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Custom Object with Form View and Table View;
2. Make sure to set predefined values for the fields;
3. Deploy this App;
4. Access the App and select to add en entry.

Actual Result

Predefined value is not set for "Single Selection" field

Predefined value is set for "Single Selection" field
