1. Using Test/Test user [e-mail];

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Custom Object with Form View and Table View;
2. Make sure to set predefined values for the fields;
3. Deploy this App;
4. Access the App and add an entry with the predefined values.

Actual Result

Entry is added with empty values

Predefined values are added
