Current issue: Workflow Metrics: kebab menu options is not closing when the user clicks out of the options box

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to CP > Workflow > Metrics > Single Approver
2. Click on the kebab menu > SLA Settings and add an SLA.
3. On the SLA list, click on the kebab menu of the SLA created and try to close it

Actual result: The kebab menu option persists in the screen even when the user clicks out of the options box

Expected result: The menu should be closed when the user changes the focus
