Reproduction Steps
1. Start Liferay. Navigate to Documents & Media.
2. Create two folders in Documents & Media (A and B).
3. Upload a file to folder A.
4. Move the file to folder B.
5. Attempt to download the file from folder B.
Expected Results: File can be downloaded successfully.
Actual Results: "The requested resource could not be found."
