Step to reproduce:

1. Site admin > Site builder > Pages
2. Add a page based on Blank
3. Expand Featured Content from sidebar
4. Add a Banner Center to page

Expected Results:
The Banner Center should be shown normally.

Actual Results:
The Banner Center is not rendered. The following error is thrown in browser console.
