Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a Related Assets widget on a page
2. Create a new user and add them as a member to the default site
3. Login as the new user

Expected Result:
The Related Assets widget is hidden from view

Actual Result:
Widget is shown, with "There are no related assets available" message displayed
