[BUG] When the user selects all tasks from the "Select Steps to Transition" step, unrelated tasks are being retrieved (including tasks from other workflow processes)

Current issue: [BUG] When the user selects all tasks from the "Select Steps to Transition" step, unrelated tasks are being retrieved (including tasks from other workflow processes)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create at least a new workflow process associated with web content asset
2. Create few pending web content instances
3. Associate Single Approver with blog entries
4. Create few blog entries
5. Go to CP > Workflow > Metrics > Single Approver > click on the pending items number
6. Select all tasks to be transitioned
7. On Select Steps to Transition, select all tasks to be transitioned

Actual result: Unrelated tasks are being retrieved, including the ones from the new workflow process

Expected result: Only the tasks related to Single approver should be displayed to be transitioned
