Contents pages segmented are not being filtered correctly

Steps to reproduce:

1. Unzip "document_library.zip" files into the data folder of a clean bundle;
2. Extract the file "database.tgz" and use the lportal.sql to create a copy of the database;
3. Deploy the "omni.admin.autologin-7.0.1.jar" to avoid the login page;
4. Go to Control Panel > Configuration > Search and "Reindex all search indexes";
5. After reindex is done, go to Content > Web Content > Folder "Notícia" > Folder "Betim (MG)"
6. Choose to edit the content with title: “Veja os resultados da Pesquisa de Clima 2019 em Betim”;
7. Add the metadata “CAT_BETIM_MG” on "Unidades" field and publish the web content;
8. Go to Content Sets > "Notícias Home (unidade)" and select "SEG_BETIM_MG" variation;
9. On filter field, change to "Does not contain" and click on save;
10. Now select variation "SEG_ESCRITORIO_SEDE";
11. Click on the 3 dots button and click on "View Content";

Expected Results:
Content from step 7 with metadata "CAT_BETIM_MG" should not appear in the results. Since this category is not in the filter from variation "SEG_ESCRITORIO_SEDE"

Actual Results:
Content form step 7 is listed in the results.
