Can not see site name after change the default language of site and portal

Step to reproduce:

1. Add a new site 'Site Name' and add a Page 'Page 1' on this site
2. Add a 'Language Selector' portlet on page
3. Navigate to Product Menu > Site Administration > Configuration > Site Settings
4. Change the defulat language to Spanish
5. Go to page, change the language of 'Language Selector' to espanol
6. Navigate to Panel de control > Sitios Web> Sitios Web

Expext result: Can see the new site.
Actual result: Can not see 'Site Name'.
