Locale label is not fully shown in buttons when using Classic Theme

Steps to reproduce

• Start Master
• Place a Language Selector in your Welcome Page (assuming you are using Classic Theme)

Expected behavior
You can fully see the locale label under the flag.

Actual behavior
You only can't see part of the locale under the flag
