Content categorization can be carried out in many ways and for many different purposes. For example, content that is created for marketing purposes have specific requirements in terms of metadata, so it can be tracked, searched and reused whether by content teams or other areas of the organization. Other vocabularies can be used to categorize the content internally and facilitate its findability or reuse.
In this epic, we are adding a new configuration to vocabularies in order to let users decide about their external or just internal use. Also, it will be possible to select vocabularies for content auditing from the content dashboard.
At the same time, this epic will tackle some improvements in usability and will lead to the Categories administration application managing the global categories.
