Rename default account roles and add descriptions

      Requirements

      1. "Regular Roles" > "Account Administrator"
        1. Remove this role.
      2. "Regular Roles" > "Account Owner"
        1. Rename to "Account Manager"
        2. Add Description: "Account Managers who belong to an organization can administer all accounts associated to that organization."
        3. Migrate to "Organization Role" (see LPS-112588)
      3. "Account Roles" > "Account Power User"
        1. Rename to "Account Administrator"
        2. Add Description: "Account Administrators are super users of their account."
      4. "Account Roles" > "Account User"
        1. Rename to "Account Member".
        2. Add Description: "All users who belong to an account have this role within that account." [new line] "This role is automatically assigned." (see "Site Member" and "Organization User" roles for reference).
