Step to reproduce:

1. Add a page based on Blank
2. Expand Collection Display section from sidebar panel
3. Add a Collection Display fragment to page
4. The Collection Display fragment is shown in page

Expected Results:
The unexpected error shouldn't be shown.

Actual Results:
The unexpected error is shown and the following error is thrown in browser console.
