The warning popup isn't shown when bulk restore multiple Web Content Articles to the original folder that is missing

Step to reproduce:

1. Site admin > Content & Data > Web Content > Web Content tab
2. Add a folder in Home folder
3. Add three Web Content Articles to new folder
4. Move all Web Content Articles to recycle bin
5. Back to Home folder
6. Move the new folder to recycle bin
7. Site admin > Recycle Bin > Recycle Bin
8. Select all three Web Content Articles
9. Assert Restore button is shown on the right top corner
10. Click Restore button

Expected Results:
The Warning popup shown and the following message is shown in popup:

• • The original Folder does not exist anymore. Choose a different Folder to restore

Actual Results:
All three Web Content Articles are restored to a temporary folder. When back to Home folder, the temporary folder is missing.
