DDM is one of our final pieces of software still based on Metal+Soy. As we complete our migration to React and continue to remove duplication and unnecessary frameworks, this is one big milestone.

The goal of this epic is to migrate all DDM Form Renderer Classes to React

Acceptance Criteria:

All dynamic-data-mapping-form-renderer components are written in React
Only the necessary .soy files are still in the module
