The reply cannot be continued after clicking the cancel button

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a message boards thread
2. Click the reply button to reply this thread
3. Click cancel button
4. Click the reply button again
5. Type something in the CKEditor

Expected result:
The "Publish" button is enabled, the user can click the publish to reply to the thread.

Actual result:
The "Publish" button is disabled.
