Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Control Panel > Configuration > System Settings > Workflow
2. Click on Kaleo Web Configuration
3. Click on drop down of Default Display View
4. Add "/ja " after localhost:8080 to translate portal to Japanese (reproducible with other languages as well)
5. Observe the translation for Default Display View drop-down

Expected Result

• Everything should be translated

Actual Result:

• "List" and "Kaleo Web" is still in English
